  • A dashboard will appear, and select the ‘Service option’ on the left side of the screen.
  • You will get a list of the departments and select ‘Revenue department’ from the list.
  • Next, a ‘REV-115 Other backward classes certificate’ link will appear. Click on the link. You will get a service page.
  • Click on Proceed to continue.
  • An applicant search form will appear. To perform the search, fill in the following details.
  • Enter the CAN number, name, father’s name, email, mobile number and date of birth.
  • CAN number is essential to apply for the OBC certificate. If there is no CAN number, follow the below steps.
  • Open the registration form and click on ‘Register CAN’, fill out the details and click on the ‘Register’ option.
  • If you have a CAN number, then enter this number, and your name will appear on the search.
  • Then click the ‘option’ icon and ‘Proceed’ to select the record.
  • All of your details will appear on the screen and pre-filled form. This pre-filled form is not editable. Click on ‘Submit’ if all the details are correct.
  • Attach the documents requested.
