KCR Kit Scheme Telangana 2023 | Pregnant Women Scheme

Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao launches KCR Kit Telangana for pregnant women and their new babies. Under the welfare and development program, the mother and kid care items were given to the mothers and newborn babies. The women get benefits until the baby gets three months and financial benefits for the pregnant women. Women must do KCR Kit registration, fill out the KCR Kit Scheme application form, and check online KCR Kit status.

The KCR Kit Scheme started during the Telangana Formation Day to reduce the infant mortality rate (IMR) and mother mortality rate (MMR) in Telangana state.

The Telangana government will give financial assistance of Rs 12000 to pregnant women. The amount is divided into three phrases given for mothers and newborn babies

. Suppose the baby is a girl, and the additional amount of Rs 1000 is given to the state government’s mothers.

Money Allotment & Instalments

Telangana government has two prices for mothers who bare girls and the other boys. The mother who gives birth to a girl will get RS 13000 in the beneficiary bank account.

The mothers who give birth to a boy child will get Rs 12000. This money is divide into three instalments to help in each stage of pregnancy, and finally, when the baby is born.

The KCR Kit and the funds are only given to the women who give birth in government hospitals. The KCR Kit scheme is applicable for only two deliveries for pregnant women.

Instalments of the KCR Kit Scheme

• After the two health checkups, rs 3000 was transfer to the pregnant women’s bank account for the first instalment. With that money, pregnant women can get nutritious food.
• The second instalment of Rs 4000 (RS 5000 for girls) and KCR Kit is given to the women after delivery.
• The third instalment, Rs 2000, was given for three months after childbirth
• Finally, the last instalment amount of Rs 3000 was given after nine months of childbirth.

Eligibility Criteria for KCR Kit Scheme

• Applicants must be women and permanent residents of Telangana Stats
• KCR Kit Scheme is only for pregnant women/newborn babies of Telangana state.
• Pregnant women must deliver at the government hospitals only to avail of the scheme.
• KCR Kit scheme is applicable only for two deliveries of pregnant women.

KCR Kit Registration Process

• First, pregnant women must visit the Primary Health Care (PHC) centres for KCR Kit Registration.
• Contact the nearest government hospital to apply for the KCR Kit scheme.
• Pregnant women can also contact the nearest Asha worker to register for the scheme’s benefits.
• Provide all the necessary details to the DEO/ANM like the name of the pregnant woman, age, Aadhaar number, bank account details, permanent address, mobile number, email ID, and last date of the period.

Apply for KCR Kit Telangana

• First, the applicant must visit the official website of the KCR Kit scheme to apply online.
• Click on the login option on the home page.

• Enter the username, password, and captcha code and click on sign-in.
• A new page opens; click on mother/child registration.

• Now enter the mother’s ID/Aadhaar ID, verify, and click on new registration.
• A page with the registration form opens.

• Enter all the details like the Aadhaar number, applicant’s name, husband’s name, age, address, date of registration, mobile number, LMP date, and expected delivery date.
• Also, enter/select the district, Mandal, village, bank account details, name as in passbook, bank name, branch name, IFSC code, ASHA name, and community.
• If applying for a second time, click on the last delivery details.
• Enter gravida, parity, abortions, live, death, obstetric formula, delivery date, baby gender, and enter the ANC details.
• The mother details display with the mother ID, enter the ANC details, and select high-risk identity options (Yes/No).
• Check the details thoroughly and click on the update option.
• Enter the delivery date details and click on the update option.

• Now the child’s registration form opens; enter the child’s details and click on submit option.
• Make Successful registration and application of the KCR Kit scheme, and you can check the status also.

• First, the applicants must visit the official website of KCR Kit Status Telangana.
• Now on the home page, click on login details.
• Enter the username, password, and captcha code and click on sign-in.
• Enter the ID number and search for the application status.
• The KCR Kit status will display on the screen.
