Labour Department Haryana Online Registration

Haryana state government introduced labour department welfare schemes for all labourers in Haryana state. To support them financially and to get all the projects from Haryana state.

The Labour Department is accountable for the social control of various labour laws during which the suitable government is the government.

These laws offer necessary operating conditions, statutory employment terms, and welfare to maintain business relations.

It involves various stakeholders,’ i.e., the employers and, therefore, the staff. It’s incumbent upon the labour department to not solely ensure the implementation of labour laws in letter and spirit but conjointly maintain a balance within the industrial relation, thus guaranteeing productivity and economic process.

Objectives

  • To implement labour laws for making certain necessary statutory operating conditions and labour standards.
  • To eliminate the employment of all sorts of kid labour.
  • Ensure social justice with productivity and growth of the business.
  • For providing and promoting labour welfare measures for enhancing the standard of lifetime of the hands.
  • To create ever-improving conditions for girls’ staff by following policies that consider their unique wants at the geographical point.
  • To unendingly strengthen and facilitate the functioning of the Labour Courts for assessing business disputes and claims.

Online Registration Process as a Welfare Worker

  • First, open a browser and search for hrylabour.gov.in.
  • Scroll down slowly by using the mouse, then click on the online registration option in the down.
  • By clicking on it, an acknowledgement will appear.
  • Please read it carefully, then click on the mark option.
  • Now click on the submit option.

  • Then a new window will appear containing different categories of workers.
  • So as you are registering as a welfare worker, click the welfare worker option.
  • Then it will ask for your Aadhar number, so enter your Aadhar number.
  • Finally, click on submit option to register as part of the welfare department.

Online Registration as a Department Officer

  • First, open a browser and search for the official website of hrylabour.gov.in.
  • Scroll down slowly by using the mouse, then click on the online registration option in the down.
  • By clicking on it, an acknowledgement will appear.
  • Please read it carefully, then click on the mark option.
  • Now click on the submit option.
  • Then a new window will appear containing different categories of workers.
  • So as you are registering as a department officer, click on the department officer option.
Department Officer Registration
  • Now enter the department officer’s Aadhar number.
  • Then enter the department officer’s password.
  • Now enter the worker’s Aadhar card.
  • Finally, click on submit option to complete the registration process as a department officer.

Online Registration as a Shop Establishment

  • First, open a browser and search for hrylabour.gov.in.
  • Scroll down slowly by using the mouse, then click on the online registration option in the down.
  • By clicking on it, the acknowledgement will appear.
  • Please read it carefully, then click on the mark option.
  • Now click on the submit option.
  • Then a new window will appear containing different categories of workers.
  • So as your registration on shop establishment clicks on it.

  • Then enter shop Estt mail id.
  • Enter shop Estt password.
  • Enter worker Aadhar card.
  • Finally, select the submit option to complete the registration process as a shop establishment.

Labour Department Haryana Online Registration as a Factory

  • First, open a browser and search for hrylabour.gov.in.
  • Scroll down slowly by using the mouse, then click on the online registration option in the down.
  • By clicking on it, an acknowledgement will appear.
  • Please read it carefully, then click on the mark option.
  • Now click on the submit option.
  • Then a new window will appear containing different categories of workers.
  • So as your registration for the factory, choose the factory option.

  • Then enter the factory mail id.
  • Enter the factory password.
  • Enter worker Aadhar.
  • Finally, click on submit option to complete the process.

Labour Department Haryana Login Process

  • First, you must visit the labour department’s official website in Haryana by typing hrylabour.gov.in.
  • A new window containing the home page will appear on the screen.
  • Then need to select the user type for login purposes.

  • Enter your user name or email id for login purposes.
  • Then enter your password.
  • Now enter image text, in which nothing but the security code appears on the screen.
  • Finally, click the login button to utilize all the services in the labour department of Haryana.
How to check Grievances and Complaints?
  • First, you have to go to the official website of the labour department in Haryana by typing hrylabour.gov.in.
  • Then select the grievances and complaints option, which appears in the down.
Grievance & Complaint Registration
  • Enter your complaint number.
  • Finally, click the track option to check your grievances and complaints in Haryana’s labour department.
How to Add Complaints?
  • First, you have to go to the official website of the labour department in Haryana by typing hrylabour.gov.in.
  • Then select the grievance and complaints option, which appears in the down.
  • Now click on add complaint option.
  • Then the application form will appear in the new window.
  • Select your complaint type.
  • Enter a subject for complaint.
  • Add a complete description of your complaint.
  • Select your district, tehsil, and village in the main address option.
  • Enter your name, mobile number, and email ID in the application form.
  • Now you need to upload proof. At a minimum, you need to upload five files.
  • Finally, click on the submit option in the application form.
