- First, open a browser and search for hrylabour.gov.in.
- Scroll down slowly by using the mouse, then click on the online registration option in the down.
- By clicking on it, an acknowledgment will appear.
- Please read it carefully, then click on the mark option.
- Now click on the submit option.
- Then a new window will appear containing different categories of workers.
- So as you are registering as a welfare worker, click the welfare worker option.
- Then it will ask for your aadhar number, so enter your aadhar number.
- Finally, click on submit option for registering as welfare department.

- Enter factory password.
- Enter worker aadhar.
