PSPCL stands for Punjab State Power Corporation Limited. It started a new scheme which is called PSPCL OTS Scheme. The Punjab state power corporation limited will settle the pending power payments from the consumers under this scheme by visiting the bill-payment.pspcl.in.
The validity of this scheme is for three months from the issuing order, i.e., 15th April 2021. So if you want to benefit from this scheme, you can settle the pending bill payment until December 2021. If you want to enrol under this scheme, all industrial consumers must deposit RS—2,000 to Rs. 5000 as a processing fee.

- Visit the official website of PSPCL.
- Download the official notification.
- Read all the instructions of the scheme.
- Find the application form.
- Enter required details such as name, date of connection of the meter, pending bill payments, etc.
- Pay the fee of Rs 2,000 to Rs. 5,000, which is adjusted in the bill later.
- Submit the information.

Steps to make Punjab State Power Corporation Limited bill payment online:
- Go to billpayment.pspcl.in.
- Enter your Account Number.
- Click on the Submit button.
- You can see your latest bill details on the screen.
- Verify the details.
- Click on the Pay Bill button.
- Enter your email address and mobile number.
- Select a payment method from the options like Debit Card, Internet Banking, Credit Card, Wallets, UPI, etc.
- Pay the bill.

- Click on Show Bill History.
- Click on the View Bill button.
