How to Link Aadhar Card into Smart Ration Card Using Tnepds App

The government of Tamil Nadu has launched a New Smart Card to replace the old ration card, which is done Online using the Tnpds app (tnedps).

You can easily Link Your Aadhar card to your Smart Ration Card through mobile.

Here are the steps to be followed to Link an Aadhar Card to a Smart Ration Card Using Tnpeds :

Link Aadhar Card Using Tnpds App :

• Firstly, go to your Play Store and download the TNPDS Mobile App on your mobile device.
• Enter your registered Tnpds mobile number, choose your language, enter your registered Tnpds mobile number, and then press the submit button at the bottom.
• And now, you will get an OTP (i.e., One Time Password) to your mobile number.
• If your number is already registered, then the Home Page of the TNEDPS will be displayed.
• If not, the registration page will be opened. Please enter all the required details with your ration card, then add your Aadhar Card information and scan it.
• Your Tnedps automatically opens the camera and collects your Aadhar Card information.
• After scanning your Aadhar card, click on the submit button.
• Now you are registered successfully with the Tnedps App and can log in with your mobile number, which is given in registration. Again, you will get an OTP.
• Submit that OTP Code and Your TNEPDS APP home page will be displayed.
• You can check your Profile, Transaction, Present Address, FPS stock, Aadhar Capturing, etc., on the Tnedps App.
• Select the Aadhaar Capturing Option and add your family members’ Aadhar card numbers.
• You can add it by scanning your Aadhar QR code option and submitting it.
