TS OBMMS stands for Online Beneficiary Management and Monitoring System. The Centre for Good Governance (CGG) developed the OBMMS software to benefit Welfare Corporations and BC Federations in the Telangana State. People can also check OBMMS status online.
This OBMM system ensures transparency and fairness in facilitating subsidy transfer for Economic Support Schemes. The subsidy benefits worth Rs.1,143.84 crores are being transferred to Below Poverty Line(BPL) beneficiaries for the grounding of schemes.
OBMMS is an online workflow process and acts as a decision support tool for the flow of funds. All the information available in the public domain encourages transparency and accountability.
It acts as a comprehensive decision support platform for all the layers of Government with high-security Logins and Information transfer. This software monitors the overall workflow of Mandal, District, and Head Offices in the State. Every Financial Year, the MD Office gives the District Offices the targets to reach.

The main features of the OBMMS portal are:
- Registrations are based on Aadhar to avoid duplication in the public domain.
- This software provides an SMS facility to the beneficiary during the Registration and Subsidy Release.
- It helps the Mandal Selection committee to identify the beneficiary.
- This OBMMS simplifies the Processes and reduces the staff’s leakages and operating and travelling charges.
- The subsidy is directly transferred to the beneficiary’s non-operative savings bank account by the MD office.
- To Ground the scheme, the banks raise the Loan Component.
- UC and Asset Photos are to be uploaded by the field officers.

The hair salon/laundry shop owners can apply as a beneficiary to get an electricity bill in the subsidy. The documents required for this scheme are mentioned below.

The abovementioned list of documents is to be uploaded at registration. The beneficiary has to provide personal and location details in the registration form.

- Click on the link suitable for you and continue with the registration process.
- Fill in all the details thoroughly and correctly, and submit all the required documents to complete your registration process.
- The officers will verify all your details, and the beneficiary will get the subsidy per the scheme.
