OLMS Telangana – Fertilizer License Online Application Process

Online License Management System is a major eGovernance initiative by Telangana Agriculture Department as a part of Digital Telangana. The main aim of OLMS Telangana is to cater to online services to manufacturing companies/firms in the agriculture sector that require Amendments and licenses for fertilizers, seeds, and pesticides.

To provide an eGovernance program, NIC Telangana is the technology partner in all major schemes under the agriculture department’s operations. OLMS Telangana controls and maintains transparency for manufacturers of pesticides, seeds, and fertilizers in organizing the license workflow process.

Fertilizer License Online Application Process

Manufacturer

• To apply for the fertilizer license, manufacturers and dealers must visit the official website of Agrionline Telangana.
• On the home page, click on “application forms.”
• A new page opens, where the applicant can choose seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
• For fertilizers, select the Manufacturer, wholesale dealer, or retail dealer.
• Click on Manufacturer Again. A page opens where the applicant needs to select Form F or Form A2 and click on Open.
• A page appears, and the applicant must click on a new application.
• A form opens where the applicant has to fill it with the necessary details, upload the required documents, enter the Captcha code, and click submit.
• Application for fertilizer license under Manufacturer is successfully finished.

Wholesale Dealer

• To apply for the fertilizer license, manufacturers and dealers must visit the official website of Agrionline Telangana.
• On the home page, click on “application forms.”
• A new page opens, where the applicant can choose seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
• For fertilizers, select the Manufacturer, wholesale dealer, or retail dealer.
• Click on Wholesale Dealer. A new page appears where the applicants need to click on a new application.

• The application form opens; applicants must fill out the form, upload the needed documents, enter the Captcha code, and click submit.
• The fertilizer license under wholesale dealer is completed.

Retail Dealer

• To apply for the fertilizer license, manufacturers and dealers must visit the official website of Agrionline Telangana.
• On the home page, click on “application forms.”
• A new page opens, where the applicant can choose seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
• For fertilizers, select the Manufacturer, wholesale dealer, or retail dealer.
• Click on Retail Dealer. A new page appears where the applicants need to click on a new application.

• The application form opens; applicants must fill out the form, upload the needed documents, enter the Captcha code, and click submit.
• The fertilizer license under Retail dealer is completed.

• Original Challan
• Person Responsible form
• List of Lab Equipment
• List of AP Micronutrients or NPK Mixtures
• Undertaking by the dealer for Sale Points and Storage points
• List of Bio-Fertilizers
• List straight micro-nutrients
• SSI Certificate
• List of source and raw material
• List of lab equipment for straight micro-nutrients, bio-fertilizers, NPK-fertilizers, Water soluble fertilizers, TS formulations, organic fertilizers, and SSP
• Request letter by user
• List of TS Formulations & Water Soluble Fertilizers

Retail Dealers

• Challan for Rs 2500
• Person Responsible Form
• Request Letter by user
• Additional documents, if required.
• Undertaking by the dealer for sale points and storage points

Wholesale Dealers

• Undertaking by the dealer for sale points and storage points
• Person Responsible Form
• Original Challan of Rs 4500
• Chemist Bio-data
• Chemist willingness letter, degree certificate & appointment letter
• Request letter by user
• List of straight micronutrients and lab equipment
• Additional documents, if required.

How to search for Application status Online?

• To Search for application status, applicants must visit the Agrionline Telangana portal.
• Click on the application status on the home page.
• A new page opens. Enter the application number and captcha code, and click on the search option.
• Now, the application status is displayed on the screen.
