Atal Amrit Abhiyan Card | Eligibility & Application Process

It is the new scheme introduced by the government of Assam. This scheme is related to health insurance. All the people living in Assam state are provided with this insurance. Each family will get up to 2 lacks per year under this health insurance scheme. This Atal Amrit Abhiyan health insurance scheme was launched in 2016 and is still ongoing in the state of Assam. Atal Amrit Abhiyan 2024:

The beneficiaries can get this insurance at the time of hospital treatment. Various diseases like cancer, heart-related diseases, Kidney diseases, burn injuries, etc.

To avail of the benefits of this Atal Amrit Abhiyan insurance scheme, the beneficiaries should go for treatment in the aided and CGHS-empanelled hospitals.

People with insurance can get free treatment in government-aided and government-empanelled hospitals across the country.

Atal Amrit Abhiyan Registration Form 2024:

Eligible candidates can visit the enrollment centres to register for the Atal Amrit Abhiyan 2024. The process of registering for the Atal Amrit Abhiyan Scheme is given below as a step-by-step process.

  • Go to the official web portal of the Atal Amrit Abhiyan 2024.
  • Now, search for the Atal Amrit Abhiyan Application PDF form in the search bar.
  • Download the format of the application form.
  • Take the printout of the application.
  • Fill in all the details required in the application form clearly and accurately.

The candidates are then required to submit the documents and the application form. The candidates can visit the enrollment centre and submit the application form and the required documents.

The officers will verify the applications of the candidates and check their eligibility for the scheme. After the successful verification, the Atal Amrit Abhiyan ID card and the handbook will be issued to the beneficiaries.

Eligibility for Atal Amrit Abhiyan:

To get the Atal Amrit Abhiyan insurance, the candidate should satisfy the following eligibility conditions. The conditions for getting the Abhiyan are as follows:

  1. The income range for the BPL families in the state must be less than 1.2 lakhs per annum. These families will get free health care under this scheme.
  2. The income of the APL category, with income between 1.2 lakhs and five lakhs, has to pay a premium of Rs.100/- per year.
  3. All the employees working in the government sector are not eligible under this scheme.
  4. The documents submitted should be clear, and no errors should be present in the documents as they are checked thoroughly.
  5. All the candidates should submit their income proof as they are categorized into BPL and APL based on their income.
