Bihar Har Ghar Bijli Application

- Visit the official website of the BSPHCL E-Corner online portal.
- On the homepage, click on the tab named “Consumer Suvidha Activities.
- Among the list that appears, click on “NAYE VIDHYUTH SAMBANDH HETHU AAVEDHAN KARE“.
- Choose the South Bihar DISCOM application online or the North Bihar DISCOM application online (Whichever applies) and click on the corresponding tab.
- Enter your mobile number on the opening page, select your district, and click Generate OTP.
- Once the OTP is verified, the New Electricity Connection Online Application Form will appear.
- Please fill out the form by filling in all the fields and submitting it.

- On the new page, enter the request number and get the OTP. After submitting the OTP, you will modify the application form.
