The fundamental goal of this system is to provide an effective means of communication and engagement between the state’s government and its citizens that is free of corruption and discrimination. GSWS Login:
The government of Andhra Pradesh is providing positive change to rural and village residents through the Grama Ward Sachivalayam System.
The government launched this system on January 26, 2020, which provides state residents with over 500 government and non-government services.
It is a government of Andhra Pradesh project encompassing 35 government ministries and ensuring the benefits of local and poor people at the village level.
GSWS login is in Two different ways. They are:
- Employee Login
- Citizen Login

GSWS Employee login:
The Ward/ Village/ Secretariat employees can log in to the GSWS system in the following way. The steps for logging in to the Grama Sachivalayam Ward system are as follows.
- Visit the official website of the GSWS.
- On the home page, you can find various options.
- In the top right corner, there is the “Login” option.
- Click on the login link.
- It will take you to the login page.
- There you can find two Login options.
- Select ” Employee login” from the given options.
- Enter the Username and password on the login form.
- Code to validate the details.
- Click on the ” login now” link.
Your Login will be successful if the details entered are correct. In case you have forgotten the password, follow the below steps.
Steps to Recover the Password for Employee Login:
- Below the “Login Now” option, you can find the “forgot password” option on the login page.
- Click on that link.
- It will take you to another page, where you must enter the registered Username.
- Then, you will get a link to reset your password.
In this way, you can reset the password for the employee login.

GSWS Citizen Login:
People can log in to the GSWS Citizen portal in the following way. The steps for logging in are as follows.
- Visit the official website of the GSWS.
- On the home page, you can find various options.
- In the top right corner, there is the “Login” option.
- Click on the login link.
- It will take you to the login page.
- There you can find two Login options.
- Select ” Citizen login” from the given options.
- Enter your Aadhar number.
- Enter the captcha and click on the Send OTP option.
On the next page, provide the OTP to log in. You cannot log in to the portal if your Aadhar has no registered mobile number. First, you have to link your mobile number with your Aadhar Card.
GSWS Dashboard:
The citizens of Andhra Pradesh can check the dashboards of their services in the GSWS online portal. The process for checking is as follows.
- Visit the official website of the GSWS.
- On the home page, you can find various options.
- Click on the ” Learning Corner” on the menu bar.
- Then, you will get the drop-down options.
- Select the “citizen corner” option from the drop-down options.
- On the citizen corner page, you can see various options.
- By clicking on the “Citizen Charter”, you can find all the services for the ward and village.
- In those PDFs, you can find the service time for different services.
You have to log in with your account for the other dashboard reports. Many dashboard reports are not open to the public. You have to log in to the portal to view the dashboard reports.
