After the registration, students who have yet to receive their original certificates can request the original certificate at this portal.
This year, IGNOU has decided to enhance the Convocation experience for all graduating students by issuing blockchain-based digital certificates, physical certificates, and degrees.

IGNOU Degree Certificate
You can get an IGNOU Degree Certificate online. For that, you need to install the Indisi Wallet APP. IGNOU Conducted the 36th Convocation. And you can visit IGNOU’s official website.
To receive your digital credentials, kindly follow the steps below:
- First, install the Indisi Wallet mobile APP.
- You have to log in to the Digital Certificate Portal.
- Go to the Official Website.
- Please enter your enrollment number and CAPTCHA as shown.
- Confirm your registered email ID and mobile number.
- You will receive an OTP on a registered phone number and email ID.
3. Get Digital Credentials in your Indisi Wallet mobile application.
For Mobile Browser
- Click on “Get-Credential”, and you will be redirected to the Indisi Wallet.
- Click “Yes” on the Indisi Wallet to accept the connection request.
- Wait for 30 seconds for the Indisi Wallet to fetch the digital Credential.
- Click on the “Wallet” icon in the Indisi Wallet to view your digital credentials.
- Repeat this step. i.e., click “Get-Credential” to redirect to the Indisi Wallet.
- Suppose you have more credentials on the Digital Certificate portal. In this way, you can get an IGNOU Degree Certificate.
For Desktop Browser
- Click on “Get-Credential” and follow the instructions listed in the pop-up.
- First, scan the QR code displayed in the Indisi Wallet application.
- After checking the QR code, you will receive a connection request on the Indisi Wallet.
- Click “Yes” on the Indisi Wallet to accept the connection request.
- Wait for 30 seconds for the Indisi Wallet to fetch the digital Credential.
- Click on the “Wallet” icon in the Indisi Wallet to view your digital credentials.
- Press the “Close” icon and the close menu pop-up.
- Repeat this step. i.e., click “Get-Credential” and follow the instructions in the pop-up.
- If you have more credentials, go to the Digital Certificate portal.
IGNOU Convocation Online Registration
IGNOU Conducted the 36th Convocation held in Jan/Feb 2023. You can register online. You can attend Convocation to get an IGNOU Degree Certificate.

These are the steps to get a Degree Certificate.
- Go to the Official Website.
- Please register for yourself.
- PhD/ M.Phil/Master Degree/Bachelor Degree/PG Diploma/ Diploma Rs.600/-
- PG Certificate/Certificate Rs. 200/-
- Pay the fee online (Debit/Credit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay) of any bank and Net Banking)
- You can print the acknowledgement.

First, candidates must collect the convocation form from their regional centre or IGNOU Maidan Gahi, fill it out correctly, and send it to IGNOU Maidan Garhi, Delhi, with a DD of Rs 600 to get their original degree certificate at your address.
