To provide employment opportunities to the rural women of the state, the Uttar Pradesh government launched the Scheme UP BC Sakhi Yojana. It was launched by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, on May 22, 2020. Through this scheme, women don’t need to go to the bank for money; it will get delivered to the door. The main of the scheme is to help rural women of Uttar Pradesh.
