Eligibility Criteria:
- The student must be a resident of Bihar.
- Students must pass the 12th examination and should have admission into a higher educational Institute.
- The students willing to study must look for the Bihar state government-recognized institutes.

To apply for the Student Credit Card, you must register as a new user in the MNSSBY portal. The step-by-step process for applying for a student credit card is as follows:
- Visit the official MNSSBY portal to register as a new applicant. For example, you can click here to visit the official website.
- You can find ” New Applicant Registration” above the Login box on the right side of the page.
- Click on ” New Applicant Registration ” and fill in all the details required to complete the registration form.
- Verify your mobile number and email address to complete the registration process.
- A new form will generate, where you must fill in all the personal details. Fill in all the mandatory fields and submit the form.
- Options will display on the screen for further processing. Select the Student Credit Card option from all available options.
- A new application form will be generated. Could you fill out the form and submit it? A unique Id will be sent to your registered mobile number or email id.
