What will treating existing employees who do not meet the eligibility criteria under HKRN be?
Such employees had automatically been dismissed under the HKRN. However, HKRN encourages departments to support existing employees to take skilling tests and skill equivalence certificates applicable to their job roles under HKRN.
What if the current employment status is not on the existing status list?
Click on the ‘Create New Designation’ link provided above the “Fill Designation” field, and you will redirect to the Create Designation tab. Follow the process of creating the designation and before porting, approve the designation through GAD through the portal as an employee of the Nigam.
